We are an independent verification service for the outsourcing sector. A BPO tells us what is true about itself and shows us the paperwork. We check one against the other and publish both, so the diligence that used to take six weeks takes about six seconds.

Huxley and Hyde never lists who is verified. You see a badge only where a supplier chooses to put it — on its own site, tender or deck. Everything else starts with an enquiry.

Know what is true before you sign.

Every badge you see on a supplier’s site, tender or proposal deck opens a live record. You get their exact words, the document behind them, and a note of how we checked that the two agree.

  • Tell a real badge from one someone copied
  • Read the claim in the supplier’s own words
  • See when we last checked it, and against what
  • Compare suppliers on evidence, not marketing
For BPOs

Answer the questionnaire once, not eighty times.

Build your record category by category, attach the evidence you already keep on file, and publish when you are ready. Then put the badges wherever buyers are making up their minds.

  • Verify only the categories that matter to you
  • Badges for your site, proposals and print
  • Change a statement and the record changes with it
  • Answer diligence with a link instead of a spreadsheet

Ten categories. Open any one.

Claims are grouped into categories, and each one has its own badge to use online and in print. A badge is not a score or a grade. It simply means everything inside it has been checked. Every badge here opens the live record of our demonstration BPO, Marchmont Global Services.

How a record gets made.

We do not write the claims and we do not soften them. The words belong to the BPO. Our job is to confirm they hold up, and to show our working.

Step one

The BPO makes the statements

Category by category, in its own words. That the Manila site seats 640 people. That voice attrition ran at 31 per cent last year. We encourage specific claims, because a careful one tells a buyer very little.

Step two

They attach the evidence

Certificates, audit letters, leases, carrier contracts, generator service records, payroll summaries. Usually paperwork they already keep on file, rather than anything new.

Step three

We check, then publish

We test every claim against its evidence. If it holds up, it goes into the record along with the evidence and a note of how we checked. If it does not, it never appears at all.

We are not a rating agency.

There is no Huxley and Hyde score, no league table, no gold tier. We check whether a claim is backed by the evidence behind it and publish both. What you make of it is up to you.

No opinion on whether a BPO is any good

Two suppliers can hold all ten badges and still be very different businesses. The record tells you what is true. Which one suits you is a different question, and yours to answer.

No pass mark to clear

A BPO verifies whichever categories its buyers care about. Four badges is not a failed attempt at ten, and we always show you which is which.

Nothing published without evidence

If we cannot confirm a claim, it never reaches the record. Everything you can read there has been checked.
