What we collect
Only what you give us, and only when you choose to:
- A name and a work email – when a company applies to be verified, and when a visitor gives their details at the gates to read the statements or evidence behind a badge.
- A short technical log of each visit to a record page (record code, date and time, approximate location). It exists so we can tell a BPO who has looked at its record.
No password is ever stored. We do not sell or rent personal information.
What we do with it
We use the details to run the service: create and operate records, send magic-link sign-ins, and tell the company whose record was viewed who looked at it.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to disclose the personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act without charge and without delay. Where the information is part of a live published record, we will agree with the record’s owner how to proceed first.
