Start your record

Your prospects are already checking you.

At the moment they are doing it by reading your website, which tells them exactly as much as every other BPO’s website tells them.

A Huxley and Hyde verified live record lets you say something your competitors cannot: the claims in your proposal have been examined by somebody other than you, and the client can check that for themselves in about fifteen seconds.

What you get

A verification record at your own address

Which you may link to from anywhere.

A badge for each Category in which you hold at least one verified statement

For your website, your proposals and your printed material.

A certificate, printable and dated

Carrying the live record’s address so a proposal sent in March still routes a reader to the current position in November.

Notice when a client opens the evidence behind your record

Frequently the first sign that a deal is real.

What it costs

USD 5,000 per year for each Category you elect to have verified. Nothing is payable until sign-off, and nothing is published without your agreement. The fee is agreed when you sign the service agreement, and there are no additional fees.

What it asks of you

We would rather tell you this now than after you have signed.

Each statement costs you evidence

Every line on your record must be supported by something we can examine. Four well-evidenced statements are worth more than twenty you cannot support, and we would rather help you pick the four.

The wording will change

Almost nobody’s marketing language survives contact with verification unaltered. “Excellent uptime” becomes a number and a period. BPOs are usually surprised at how much stronger the second version reads.

Some of it we have to see

A generator, an access control system and a delivery floor cannot be verified from a document alone.

Not everything will pass

Where the evidence does not carry the statement, we tell you what would. You condition the wording or produce better evidence. You decide, and nothing goes on your record that you have not agreed.

What it does not do

We do not certify you. We do not accredit you, rank you, score you out of ten, or tell a client that you are a good BPO. There is no pass mark, because there is no standard, because we did not invent one. We publish what is true about you, in your own words, checked. BPOs who want a badge that implies more than that are better served elsewhere.

How the scheme works

  1. You nominate who signs off, and a lead for each Category (they may add an assistant).
  2. Your team drafts the statements, in your own words.
  3. We agree the wording together.
  4. We verify the evidence against each statement, and the record goes live at its own address.
  5. You publish your badges and certificate; every one routes back to the live record.

First badge in a matter of days once the evidence is complete.

Your evidence and your words

Your evidence is not published unless you say so, document by document. You own the wording and you choose the evidence. If a statement and its evidence do not match, we discuss how to get a verifiable match — change the wording, change the evidence, or both. Nothing goes live that you have not signed off.

Tell us who you are — and which Categories you want.

We will come back to you to arrange the conversation. Nothing is payable until sign-off.
